I have no notes, files, nothing saying who this character is, what its from, why or when I did it??
So I’m making some educated guesses.
I’m guessing mid-99 based on the style.
I’m guessing this is an anime or video game character named Tenga based on the file name. I don’t think it was somebody’s character done for MOB.
I’m guessing I did this for request week in 99.
